A few of the approaches I use…

Somatic Therapy

Research has shown that trauma is held in the body. By taking a body-centric approach to treating trauma, clients are better able to access the root of their trauma and heal their nervous system. Somatic therapy can include mindfulness and grounding work, and may be used to help clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, physical complaints and more.
